Spaghetti with Pesto.
2 pound Spaghetti
3 cup Basil
Garlic clove
1/4 cup Italian olive oil
3/4 cup Pine nuts
4 tablespoon Butter
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Wash and dry the basil and remove the stems. Place it in a mixer with the garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, butter and cheese. Mix till ingredients are pureed.
Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted boiling water. Now drain and toss with the sauce. Add parmesan cheese. Serves 6.
