 Gorgonzola and Mushroom Pasta.

Ingredients
5 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
1 pound mushrooms
3/4 cup peas
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons olive oil
12 ounces pasta

Over a medium heat melt the butter in a 2 quart saucepan. When the butter liquidfies, add the flour and whisk until nice and smooth. Slowly whisk in the milk, simmer the sauce for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Now add the Gorgonzola and stir until melted. Season with the sauce to taste salt and pepper.

Over a medium heat in a heavy large skillet heat the oil. Now add the mushrooms and sauté until tender and golden. Add and Stir in the peas. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Now heat a large pot of salted water, bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender, stirring often to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Drain and move the pasta to a large bowl.
Now add the Gorgonzola sauce and mushroom mixture Season the pasta to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
